Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Anyone out there who deals with anxiety and/or depression will likely understand how sometimes you just feel the need to step away from things once in awhile, lest the pressures of socializing become too overwhelming. So yeah.
Anyway, work continues on revising Wyrmweaver, Book One. It turns out that reworking a 110,000 word manuscript takes a lot longer than my original-albeit rather optimistic-projections. At least I can say that the improvements have been worth it. In some ways it feels like a whole new book and I’m pretty excited about getting it out there once it’s ready. Only a couple of chapters to go. 🙂
I haven’t really been up to much artwork lately, in part due to reasons stated earlier and also just from a lack of time. I’m hoping to do some doodling in the near future (if only to remind myself that I can still do it) and possibly work on some interior art and a new cover for the redesigned Book One.
Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that I am, indeed, still here and plugging away. I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to their new year. Here’s hoping that 2016 is better than all the years before.
See ya next time.
